Where should I stay?
There will be room blocks at several local hotels. Please see our Travel & Stay page for recommendations. There are also some great beach houses to rent at Wrightsville Beach.
We suggest you make your reservations as early as possible given the popularity of Wrightsville Beach in the summer.
Is transportation provided to the wedding venue?
Transportation will be provided to the wedding and back from the hotel blocks in the Mayfaire/ Landfall area and the Wrightsville Beach hotels only. There will not be transportation provided to downtown Wilmington.
Is parking available at the wedding venue?
Parking is available at all venues.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Airlie is beautiful in June, so we encourage guests to arrive at 4 pm to tour the gardens and enjoy drinks and music at The Bottle Chapel prior to the ceremony. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 on the Oak Lawn and the reception will follow at 5:30 on the Bradley Creek Lawn.
What should I wear?
Our wedding is black tie optional. The ceremony and reception will take place outside on a lawn, so choose shoes accordingly. Women may want to consider wearing a shoe with a block or wedge heel. For other events, please see the schedule of events for attire suggestions.
