The Surf Club is a short walk from The Lumina. Come and stay the entire time or drop in for a little while.

FRIDAY

BRIDAL LUNCHEON (the girls only)

Cape Fear Country Club - 1518 Country Club Rd, Wilmington

Transportation is provided. Please meet outside of The Lumina at 10:30 am.

4:00PM

Shuttle to pick up Schuppenhauer family at 605 S. Lumina.

4:15PM

Shuttle to pick up all Wedding Party at Lumina.

5:00PM

WEDDING REHEARSAL

Airlie Gardens - 300 Airlie Rd, Wilmington, NC

The shuttle will remain at Airlie Gardens to transport the wedding party and family to Kipos.

6:00PM

REHEARSAL DINNER

Kipos Hellenic Cuisine - 1900 Eastwood Rd Suite #2, Wilmington

8:30-10:30PM

POST TOAST

Kipos Hellenic Cuisine - 1900 Eastwood Rd Suite #2, Wilmington

Shuttle transportation will be provided throughout the night and at 10:30PM to transport the wedding party and family back to Wrightsville Beach.

SATURDAY

7:30AM

Shuttle to pick up the girls at The Lumina.

Please bring everything you need to get ready for the wedding day.

HAIR & MAKE-UP (Bride, Bridesmaids, Mother of the Bride and Mother of the Groom)

GROOMSMEN

Meet at the Ruff Brothers’ Room at The Lumina to get ready.

1:00PM

All wedding party dressed and ready for photos. Photographers will be arriving at The Lumina and Sycamore Bend.

2:15PM

Shuttle to pick up the guys at The Lumina and transport to Airlie Gardens.

2:45PM

Shuttle to pick up the girls at Sycamore Bend and transport to Airlie Gardens.

5:00PM

WEDDING CEREMONY

Airlie Gardens - The Oak Lawn - 300 Airlie Rd, Wilmington

5:30PM-10:00PM

COCKTAIL HOUR & RECEPTION

Shuttles will provide transportation throughout the night and at the end of the evening back to Wrightsville Beach.

FAREWELL BRUNCH

Bluewater Waterfront Grill - 4 Marina St, Wrightsville Beach, NC

Come for the entire time or drop in for brunch and drinks on your way out of town. Some parking available, but consider car-pooling or using Uber or Lyft.
